Real Estate

An international real estate patrimony

Through its associated businesses, Veroniki Holding manages a large real estate portfolio in five European countries (Italy, Spain, Romania, Greece and France) consisting of wholly-owned properties and land, renting out offices and apartments for residential use.

The properties are situated in plush and central areas of the cities in which they are located, a factor that helps to maintain and increase their value over time.

Staying true to its philosophy, Veroniki Holding has also invested in sustainability in the real estate sector.

Veroniki Holding also applies its sustainability philosophy to existing properties with investments to make buildings more sustainable through targeted actions.
